A pressure thermometer is an instrument that measures temperature by converting temperature changes into pressure changes using the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of gas, vapor, or liquid within a sealed system.

Working principle

  1. Temperature sensing element: The temperature sensing bulb is placed in the medium being measured.

  2. Pressure change: When the temperature of the medium changes, the fluid pressure inside the sealed cavity rises or falls accordingly.

  3. The pointer indicates that the internal elastic element (such as the Baden tube) deforms under pressure, causing the pointer to indicate the corresponding temperature on the dial.

Temperature setting range:

20℃~110℃
